Our client a Financial Firm is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team in Miami,FL.
Responsibilities:
- Daily support to multiple partners
- Heavy calendar management: management travel arrangements w/thorough logistics, conference calls, general meetings, and conference registration
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets and create presentations
- Manage contact database information
- Manage T&E documentation and monthly filing/reconciliation
- Special event planning throughout the year
- Monitor quality of work product to clients and vendors
- Work closely with existing group administrator and executive assistant in a team effort
Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in financial community/ investment banking/private equity/venture capital firms.
- High energy level w/team player attitude
- Excellent time management, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills
- Effective liaison and problem solver
- Capable of managing workflow and meeting deadlines
- Proactive with ability to initiate and complete projects
- Must be detail oriented and extremely critical of own work product
- Must have superior work ethic and high regard for professional conduct
- Ability to focus on high level initiatives and planning while working on the execution of day-to-day responsibilities in support of the overall goals
- Comprehensive knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
