Job Title: Sr. Release/Configuration Engineer

Skills & Experience
- Proficient in developing and managing installation packages using tools such as InstallShield.
- In-depth understanding of Windows OS, including installation, configuration and OS imaging.
- Experience installing Windows OS using automated means such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Task Sequence, SCCM.
- Strong ability to automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, DHCP, DNS, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Experience managing VM environments using platforms such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
- Experience authoring detailed technical documentation for Support Engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience.
