Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team in Denver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, MIG welding, and blueprint reading. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings.
- Perform MIG welding on various metals with precision.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Structural Welder or in a similar role.
- Experience with overhead cranes.
- Certification in welding (preferred).
- Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Knowledge of safety standards and PPE requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or training in welding and fabrication.
- Experience with CNC machinery.
- Familiarity with various welding techniques and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
