Position Overview:
Join our Thermoplastics Research & Development group as a TPO Research & Innovation Intern, where you’ll work on projects related to our TPO Membrane product line. This role offers hands-on experience in both fundamental and applied research, providing an opportunity to contribute to product and process development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature research on flexible TPO formulation and processing.
- Prepare samples for and perform physical and analytical testing.
- Analyze and interpret test results to support R&D projects.
- Present findings and conclusions to the team.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Engineering, or Chemistry.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong understanding of thermoplastic polymer structure-property relationships.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
