Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a Photo Retoucher / Photoshop Artist to join their team for a 2 year contract! This position requires working onsite 5 days a week in Glendale, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Photoshopping product images and publishing to site.
- Follows online launch sheet and calendar to ensure dates are met.
- Follows department image guidelines, using best judgement when there is no guide to follow for a specific item.
- Attends weekly & monthly handover meetings for notes on products.
- Reviews product images for consistency and quality.
- Supports retouching of onfigure and lifestyle images.
- Interfaces with Buying Team on product details, image fixes, and images provided by vendors.
- Interfaces with staff and freelance photographers on needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Expert in Photoshop.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and digital media.
- Ability to adhere to style guide when applicable (make on brand decisions when style guide doesn’t answer all questions – able to Fill in the gaps).
- Photography skills are a plus.
