Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay rate: $18/hr - $20/hr
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls.
Using the internal system "Care Radius" to manage member information.
Scheduling WellCare visits for children.
Contacting parents to inform them of the need for WellCare visits and scheduling appointments with healthcare providers.
System & Processes:
The internal system will funnel member information to the liaison.
The liaison will interact with healthcare providers to schedule WellCare visits.
The process for connecting members with providers and scheduling appointments is still being finalized.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual Capability: Bilingual candidates are nice to have.
Technical Skills: Candidates should be computer-savvy, with basic skills in Microsoft Word and the ability to multitask effectively with multiple screens.
Customer Service Skills: The role requires clear communication, politeness, and the ability to coordinate appointments efficiently. Knowledge of local healthcare communities and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines is beneficial but not essential.
Soft Skills: Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, responsible, and possess strong soft skills such as effective communication and politeness.
