Role: Sr. Integrated Supply Chain Project Manager
Location: Phoenix, AR (onsite)
Mode: Full Time
The Sr. ISC Project Management Manager will oversee and direct operations (SBG) for world-class integrated supply chain projects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.
The role will lead the execution of license transition projects. Focus will be on leading core team to develop project schedule, drive PN build ahead, transition inventory and equipment/tooling to license buyer, ensure transition doesn’t impact customers. Travel may be required to support license transition projects at sites involved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve project goals by ensuring schedule and cost are on plan
- Lead the Project functional teams and drive results
- Partner with Project Leader to develop project strategy and execution plans and then fulfill to the plans
- Influence and mentor core team members
- Assess project issues and develop enhanced, quality solutions that will drive high level productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Develop mechanisms for identifying and monitoring project progress
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and close project gaps to ensure a successful project.
- Ability to work with, interact, communicate, influence, and build relationship with various level within the organization to achieve project goals with urgency
- Continuous improvement of processes and provide long term solutions
- Travel ranging from 0-50%. Travel will be required if projects is outside of home site.
