Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Perm 360 IT Recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of full-desk (360) recruitment experience
- Proven experience in a staffing agency
- Strong sales and client management skills
- A solid track record of successful billings
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
