Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical Solutions, ensuring that the delivered systems meet business objectives. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, and process models.
- Work with software developers, engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure technical feasibility and the successful implementation of solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of project goals.
- Assist in developing test plans and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform data analysis and create reports to provide insights into business performance and project outcomes.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Continuously review, analyze, and improve business processes, driving innovation and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on technical projects.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in translating business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems using technology solutions.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as SQL, Excel, or Power BI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and system integration is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Knowledge of business intelligence, data warehousing, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
- Technical expertise in software development, systems integration, or IT infrastructure is desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are highly valued.
