Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with expertise in Transportation/Logistics to lead and manage large-scale projects within this domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in Agile environments, employing Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of technology-driven transportation and logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver complex Transportation/Logistics projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Coordinate with development teams and ensure projects are progressing as per the Agile/Scrum framework.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement.
Ensure effective communication between business, technical, and support teams.
Manage project documentation, timelines, and reports for executive stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Transportation/Logistics Expertise: Strong experience managing projects in the transportation or logistics domain.
Agile/Scrum Experience: Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies and managing Scrum teams.
Project Management: Experience in managing the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and delivery.
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical aspects of projects and collaborate with engineering teams.
Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
