Job Title: Client Support Assistant
Local candidates only- Will work onsite M-F 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM PT
Full-time hours, $26 per hour
Bilinguals (Spanish and English speaking candidates) preferred
Location: San Jose, CA 95113-1734
Strictly temporary role for associate on leave through end of 2024; company will make an effort to make an outstanding candidate permanent!
Laptop provided
Financial services experience is preferred- banking, retirement services for example
Main responsibilities:
- Review/approve incoming benefit applications
- Organize/file applications (electronic and paper)
- Follow up correspondence on applications
- Update and monitor loan applications
- Catalog weekly benefit payments
- Print/mail correspondence
- Assist with mail sorting/distribution
- Scanning- Mail
- Electronic file organization
- Data entry/review
- General office Support – periodic mailings, filing, etc.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive data correctly/professionally
