Our client, a Personal Injury and Workers Comp law firm, is seeking a Part-Time Intake Specialist to join the team. Must reside in the surrounding Charleston, SC due to onsite training.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls with a high level of customer service
- Conduct interviews with prospective clients to qualify and gather necessary information
- Complete client intake forms and manage client communication
- Use empathy to connect with prospective clients and help them understand the legal process
- Demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport
- Effectively communicate the services offered
- Work with case management software and other computer programs to manage client information
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Experience working in customer service/call center
- Prior experience with a law firm preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with clients who may be in a stressful situation
- Must have a reliable computer and internet connection to work remotely
Compensation:
- $15-16/hr plus bonuses for each successfully completed applications
- This is a fully remote position, outside of initial training in Charleston, SC
- Flexible hours; ideally Monday-Friday at 4 hours a day
