Our search is on for a dynamic Operations Manager to helm a critical business unit. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead all financial, operational, and sales performance initiatives, ensuring the business unit's sustainable growth and long-term success.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all facility operations, including sales, administration, and asset management. Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, conducting regular site visits with sales teams to foster strong, lasting relationships.
- Mentorship and Development: Act as a leader and mentor, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Strategic Analysis: Interface with board-level executives, providing strategic insights and analysis to drive business decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management; advanced degrees are highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of five years in business management, with a preference for experience in aerospace, defense, metals distribution (aluminum, titanium, steel, etc.), industrial manufacturing, or industrial distribution.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven experience in engaging with board-level executives, delivering strategic analysis, and driving results.
- Critical Thinking: Exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and time management expertise.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the aerospace market is a significant advantage.
- Integrity: A demonstrated commitment to operating with high integrity and upholding these standards across the team.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $130,000 - $180,000, plus bonus potential based on performance and career growth prospects.
