Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in providing estate planning (basic to advanced), business planning (entity formation and acquisitions, contract review and drafting, general business operations, with a focus on business succession), estate administration (probate and trust administration), and/or income and estate tax planning. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing direct legal support to clients. They will also collaborate with senior attorneys, participate in client meetings, and assist with the implementation of advanced planning strategies.
Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Nevada State Bar and good standing (or pending admission)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPA or LLM (Tax) credentials a plus, but not required
