Our client in Morris County, NJ is looking to hire a Front Office Coordinator to support their location and the Executive Director. This is an onsite 9-5PM opportunity.
The Front Office Coordinator will:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Finance, and HR
- Process donations: checks, credit cards, Venmo
- Assist Executive Director and Development Director with fundraising and outreach
- Meeting logistics
- Operate and maintain office equipment and supplies
- Meet and greet visitors
- Reception
- Correspondence
- Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- QuickBooks is a plus
