Hancock Firm is seeking a Paralegal/File Clerk with previous law firm or financial services experience to help manage our document databases and support our growing team.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task, work efficiently in a team-oriented setting and take direction with minimal supervision.
Primary responsibilities:
- Organize and update electronic client files.
- Maintain hard copy files and team notes.
- Coordinate and assist with client meetings.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
- Organize and schedule events on firm calendar.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of and ability to operate general office equipment.
- Ability to work with and take direction from multiple individuals.
- Strong time management skills.
- Two years of prior experience in an office environment.
