***Must be local to Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate***
- 10+ Years of SAP Service Delivery Manager experience, responsible for owning both the management and delivery of SAP services to customers in adherence with contractually agreed SLA’s
- End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)
- Experience within ITIL environments and well versed with ASM projects.
- Experience in SAP RUN and Agile delivery methodology
- Experience of having worked in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team,
- Commercial awareness and managing and improving complex contracts.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem
- Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required
