Membership Services Coordinator
The Membership Services Coordinator functions as the liaison between an organization and its members. The Membership Services Coordinator/Representative is a key link with the members. Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between an organization and its members
- Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues and partners to ensure that membership is fully integrated across all facets
- Processing new applications for member services
- Providing information to prospective members through emails and newsletters
- Developing and implementing strategies to recruit and retain members
- Overseeing membership renewals
- Serve as central point of contact for members; respond to general inquiries
- Orient new members
- Communicate membership value and benefits to current and prospective members via our website and email communications
