Role Description
As an early enterprise in the U.S., we are now looking to expand our team in San Diego, with the recruitment of an on-site Operations Assistant. This is a part-time, on site position with flexible scheduling and opportunity for full-time hours as business needs grow.
Main purpose / objectives
- Operational responsibilities will include manufacturing 3D custom insole orders, warehouse management/organization, and various processing and administrative duties
- Supporting sales growth and customer satisfaction through accuracy, organization, and diligence in order fulfillment tasks
- Delivering our groundbreaking customer service proposition (including order processing, picking & packing & the shipping of orders) to all of our retail partners (B2B) and end consumers (B2C)
Responsibilities
- Production & fulfillment of 3D custom insole orders
- Respond to customer inquiries & fulfill direct to consumer orders
- Carry out order fulfillment process and execute order requests from various retail partners including packing and shipping of merchandise while maintaining a highly satisfactory customer experience
- Perform administrative tasks and special projects to support the business as needed
- Coordinate and receive incoming truck shipments & deliveries
- Ensure warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner
- Provide support & feedback to FootBalance HQ on all relevant matters

Essential competencies, knowledge & experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Working Proficiency in English
-Legally authorized to work in the US
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior fulfillment, processing, or retail experience preferred
- Customer centric mindset & great people skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills & a willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment that encourages creative thinking
- Organizational and time-management skills to balance numerous and diverse tasks
- Adaptability and ability to work effectively using electronic fulfillment systems
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. With or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
