Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Street Sweeper Operator at MGM Sweeping LLC in Glendale, AZ. The role involves operating street sweeping equipment to clean roads, Construction projects, and other paved surfaces. Daily tasks include driving the street sweeper, performing routine maintenance on the equipment, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate street sweeping equipment to maintain clean roadways and public and construction areas.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate and maintain street sweeping equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
- Experience operating street sweeping equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of road safety regulations
