**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner at the front counter.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability.

2. **Order Processing:**
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and product availability.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote special offers and upsell additional products.
4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate customer feedback and concerns to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
5. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front counter area.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or sales environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, as some tasks may involve moving and handling heavy materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
