The ideal candidate must have:
- At least 4 years of law firm technology transactions experience
- Extensive experience supporting complex M&A deals
- A deep understanding of handling life science and technology-related transactions
- An ability to work on strategic commercial agreements, such as joint venture and licensing agreements.
- Strong academic credentials from a top-ranked law school
