A prestigious AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Attorney with private equity lender and/or sponsor-side finance experience to join their team. The ideal candidate is the class of 2023-2019 (1-5 years of experience) in a sophisticated biglaw firm's finance practice, has worked on private equity finance deals, and has strong academic credentials from a top law school.
