Optomi in partnership with a multinational mass media corporation is seeking a Product Manager to work hybrid for their Orlando, FL location. The right candidate will enjoy working in a long term contract and have 4-5 years of experience being a Product Manager!

Experience of the right candidate:
- 4-5 years of product owner, manager, strategy market analysis, competitive intelligence, foresight, consulting, or other relevant experience.
- Preferred industries: Someone coming from airplane technology has been successful, fleet systems work, ship systems, product manager Or supply chain.
- Proficient experience working in Jira opening tickets, working with engineering teams.
- Experience identifying, defining, and addressing technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving organization.
- Experience supporting websites whether that be booking rooms, booking cruises, updating technology on websites and applications.
- Proven experience working and leading SCRUM teams in an Agile environment.
- Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- The product owner/manager will be working day in day out Jira - opening the tickets working with engineering team in Jira every day will have a quality engineer.
- Working with a creative designer, this person is going to be working with designs that are 70% done for creative guest experience.
- This person will be doing things this type of error messaging here.
- Breaking down epics into stories delivery.
- Someone who wants to be engaged with strategy and scope delivery that project hands on opposed to handing off weeds.
- Online check in part of the bigger project at the port terminal systems that are getting revamped / rewritten.
