This position offers an excellent opportunity for talented individuals who are currently located outside of South Florida, as our client is willing to provide relocation assistance for the right candidate. As a pivotal member of their organization, you will oversee and manage large-scale site development and utility projects (sewer and water mains) in the dynamic region of South Florida. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of local regulations, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Experience collaborating with local authorities and stakeholders in site development projects is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of utility and land development projects in South Florida.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Local Regulation Compliance:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of local regulations, specifications, and procedures applicable to site development projects in South Florida.
- Ensure projects comply with all local requirements and maintain open communication with relevant authorities.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Utilize experience in working with local municipalities, stakeholders, and government agencies in South Florida to facilitate project approvals and compliance.
- Foster positive relationships with local stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Bid and Proposal Management:
- Contribute to the bid process, providing accurate and competitive proposals tailored to site development projects in South Florida.
- Collaborate with estimating teams to ensure bid accuracy and competitiveness.
Resource and Budget Management:
- Efficiently manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, while adhering to project budgets.
- Monitor project budgets closely, providing accurate forecasting and financial oversight.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and local authorities in South Florida.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance and Safety:
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety throughout all project phases.

Qualifications:
