Solid-Fuel Power Plant Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with solid-fuel power plant experience to join the team! In this role, you will lead maintenance efforts, manage technicians, and coordinate schedules to ensure reliable operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize production interruptions
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inspection of solid-fuel power plant equipment
- Reduce downtime and minimize costs
- Manage the CMMS work order system
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials
- Reorder and restock supplies as needed to prevent shortages and delays
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Generate reports on maintenance performance and equipment reliability
- Assist in the development of the maintenance budget
- Manage expenses within budgetary constraints
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (technical education or certification or military experience is a plus)
- Power plant supervisory experience
- Solid-fuel power plant experience is required
- CMMS experience
