**Location:** Fort Worth, TX
**Salary:** 130,000 - 140,000 per year
**Position Overview:**
Adecco Medical is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join our client that is a long-standing, family-owned pharmacy. This role is crucial in providing high-quality compounded medications, particularly for surgical centers, hospitals, and nursing homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform hands-on sterile compounding, including high-risk medications and peptides.
- Ensure compliance with USP 797 regulations and Texas Board of Pharmacy standards.
- Supervise and manage a small, close-knit team in a family-oriented environment.
- Oversee inventory management and quality control to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to meet the needs of our loyal client base.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college.
- Licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
- At least one year of hands-on sterile compounding experience.
- Strong knowledge of USP 797 regulations.
- Proven supervisory and management experience.
