JOB OVERVIEW
- Provide MES configuration solutions and system application expertise to the manufacturing and engineering business teams.
- Work on Data Mapping and preparing data for migration/integration with other systems.
- Gather requirements to enhance MES functionality and usability.
- Provide ongoing end-user support
- Play a key role within a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and integration, using an off-the-shelf software application.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in MES Design and Configuration is required. Any MES experience – Siemens OpCenter, GE Proficy, SAP MES, Oracle Process Manufacturing/Process Execution, Dassualt Apriso etc.
- Hands-on with writing SQL queries
- Relevant experience in Pharma OR Medical Devices or semiconductor manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge in Manufacturing, Quality and logistic execution business functions
- Understanding how MES interfaces other enterprise applications like PLM, SAP
- Experience of Integrating with and ERP package software is required, with a preference with SAP ERP
- Familiar with SOX and FDA compliance
- Strong knowledge in Manufacturing, Quality and logistic execution business functions
- Knowledge of project methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Waterfall
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
PREFERRED
- MES implementation in a manufacturing domain experience
- Experience in Medical Device / Life Science Industry
- Previous experience with SAP MES or Camstar implementation
- Knowledge of SAP solutions
- Familiar with FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
