We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist with experience in managed service environments to join our team. IT Helpdesk Support (MSP) Requirements:
- Windows OS Experience
- 1+ years working for a Managed Service Provider Required
- 2+ years of IT experience
- Experience troubleshooting/ administering M365
- Active directory & Group Policy management
- Windows server administration
- Project experience with migrations, upgrades and virtualization/consolidation Preferred
- Client side server and network support
