In this role, you will devise and execute strategic planning in a dynamic and engaging environment by coordinating labor and material resources while providing essential information to all ranks of the organization. You will be in charge of the production planning, material and labor resource tracking and prioritization, coordination of interdepartmental production, team-member adherence to Management Execution System usage, and regular operations follow-up. You have the potential to be an indispensable member of a vibrant and exciting team.
AS A PLANNER, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:
- Plan all aspects of production along multiple time-horizons, taking into account Key Performance Indicators, resource availability, customer demand, shipment delays, and capacity;
- Track and investigate current and past projects;
- Anticipate overrun or underutilization of resources and propose solutions when necessary;
- Collaborate with managers, technical staff, supervisors and production staff, in order to meet deadlines;
- Adapt the production planning to client needs and effectively communicate new constraints or priorities through the organization;
- Participate in the implementation of the methods, tools and performance indicators for the optimal use of resources;
- Conduct both routine and novel data analysis;
- Monitor production activities to ensure proper execution;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s/College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant training;
- Familiar with basic statistical analysis and business methodologies including regression analysis, value-stream mapping, risk analysis, etc.;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
ASSETS:
- Knowledge of or experience with Enterprise Resource Planning / Material Requirements Planning;
- Advanced Excel skills, including Data Models, complex Formulae, Pivot-tables, etc. is a plus;
- Familiarity with data gathering methods is a big plus (SQL, M Code, Get and Transform) but not required.
