The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's State Police (PSP) is seeking a .Net Developer to assist with the development and support of large, complex, mission critical, enterprise software systems. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of software development, 5+ years with NET Framework, and 5+ years with C#.

The .Net Developer will be tasked to:
- Possess IT expertise in development and support of large, complex, mission critical, enterprise software systems
- Provide a highly stable and supportable environment improving all aspects of the Enterprise system
- Evaluate the evolving needs of the Enterprise systems and ensure sufficient capacity is planned and in place to meet the needs of the agencies and customers
- Provide ongoing assessment of the operational state of the network, compute, and security operations and drive continuous improvements
- Lead the identification and mitigation of risks, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to complex end-to-end scenarios involving multiple external agencies, products, protocols, networks and technology stacks
- Develop and document standards, policies, processes, roles, and responsibilities to support the operations
- Maintain and enhance documentation of architecture, infrastructure, and system troubleshooting methods
- Develop, measure, and maintain KPI’s for the core network, compute, and security
- Possess a unique combination of expertise in Solution Management applications
- Understand OO concepts and design patterns
- Demonstrate excellent team-building, vendor and customer relations skills
- Communicate effectively with multiple team members at a given time
- Understand TFS, build and deployment process
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
