Creative Traffic Coordinator

Location: 2x a week ONSITE - can alternate between NJ and Philly office or can be Philly specific

Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced creative agency is seeking a motivated and organized Creative Traffic Coordinator to join our team for the next few months. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth workflow management and on-time delivery of creative projects. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the flow of creative projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, marketers, event planners, etc.) to streamline communication and task management.
- Utilize Basecamp to assign tasks, monitor project progress, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules, set priorities, and resolve potential bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Collaborate with event managers to support the planning and execution of events, including coordinating creative deliverables such as promotional materials, signage, and digital assets.
- Review project briefs and ensure all team members have a clear understanding of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members to track progress and provide feedback or adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and next steps.
- Assist in quality control by reviewing final assets to ensure they meet brand standards and client expectations.
- Support other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Traffic Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role in a creative agency or event management environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Basecamp; experience with other tools like Trello, Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, or Monday.com is a plus.
- Familiarity with the creative process, including design, copywriting, production, and events.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience supporting event planning and execution, from concept development to on-site coordination, is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to be available and responsive during core business hours, with the potential for occasional after-hours support depending on project needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
