Job Title: Scientist - Immunology
Location: Cambridge, MA
Our Cambridge-based client is seeking an exceptional Immunologist to join their discovery biology team in a dynamic, bench-focused role. The position is focused in Immunology, however candidates can posses experience in areas such as oncology, microbiology or virology so long as they have a strong command of Flow Cytometry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multicolor Flow Cytometry (12-color); experience with intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) is a plus
- Handle primary T cells for differentiation, including expansion and stimulation
- Isolate and work with primary T cells
- Experience in T cell editing is preferred
- Conduct ELISA assays
Qualifications:
- PhD degree with 1-3 years of industry experience in immunology or related fields
