The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a compassionate and dynamic Customer Service Assistant to be a key player in shaping the future of dry cleaning and garment care. As the first and last point of contact for our customers, you’ll use your hospitality skills to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience, while effectively communicating about their garment care needs.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers warmly and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Handle phone and text communications, providing updates and information about their garments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, ensuring they are well-stocked.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, answering questions and offering guidance as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by team leaders.
- Tag and detail garments according to their specific needs and requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
- Experience in the fashion or garment industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently and accurately.
