Executive Assistant Coordinator ($100k-$115k)
Highly-regarded financial services firm in West LA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to multiple executives.
Position Overview:
This positionwill be integral to the firm's operational efficiency and responsible for a range of tasks, such as:
- Managing executive calendars and scheduling meetings and calls
- Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestic and international
- Preparing and processing expense reports
- Organizing meetings and creating meeting materials
- Handling phone calls and written correspondence
- Completing ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as needed
Compensation/Perks:
The Executive Assistant Coordinator will receive a base salary in the $100k-$115k range, commensurate with experience. Perks include bonus potential, excellent benefits, a hybrid schedule, and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role
