Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Senior Support Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations addressing user queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate closely with our Microsoft partner and internal teams to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations by end-users.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of critical updates.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all issues including system configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support engineer with tier 1 and 2 incident resolution
- Experience with training and support in a production Dynamics 365 F&O environment
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules
- Including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Commerce, Operations & Manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications
- DM EDI experience
