🔎 Role - Employment Litigation Associate
✔️ Defending wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage/hour class and representative actions.
✔️ Counseling employers on day-to-day issues such as wage and hour laws, terminations, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations
✔️Drafting employment documents (such as hiring documents, policies/handbooks, and termination documents).
👓 Requirements
✔️Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
✔️Admission to the State Bar
✔️3 to 5 Years in practicing Employment Litigation
💰 Benefits
✔️Paying up to $365k per annum dependant on experience.
