Position: Sr. Operations Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX
Authorization: must hold a TS/SCI clearance
Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM
Salary: Base: $115K - $150K
Bonus: Up to 20%
Stock: $43K vested over 5 years
- The campus is a 24 hour operation, on call on an as needed basis

Must-haves
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 15+ years of experience in electrical/mechanical engineering related to office buildings and data centers
- 10+ years of experience managing people
- Ability to make technical decisions

An employer is looking for a Sr. Operations Manager in the San Antonio, TX area. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the campus operations and the team consisting of chiefs, project engineers, and technicians for a government occupied campus. This individual will be required to manage the team from a technical perspective by weighing in and understanding the technical decisions that need to be made. This person should expect to be boots on the ground, working alongside and guiding their team. They will also be responsible for interfacing with the government customer for daily and weekly meetings to provide updates, create an equipment lifecycle plan, and present recommendations on what needs to be replaced. The ideal candidate will have strong people management experience and will be responsible for each of their report’s reviews, goals, training, training plans, etc.
