Qualifications:
Seeking a highly skilled Paralegal with solid math and Excel skills for heavy wage and hour Class Action litigation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years recent Litigation Paralegal experience and:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong math skills (Exposure Analysis experience a real plus)
· Qualify Intermediate proficiency or higher in Excel.
· Ability to organize, prioritize and meet demands of multiple assignments from multiple attorneys
· Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Experienced in formatting legal documents, agreements, deposition summaries, large discovery document productions and redacting
Knowledge of wage and hour claims, penalties, and damages to perform analysis is a definite PLUS.
