OVERVIEW
Fortify Technical Staffing is searching for a General Manager for one of my clients who is in the Family Entertainment space. The ideal Candidate will come from a similar space and have experience with P&L responsibilities.
ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES
• Tasked with running the entire venue – managing staff, ticket and retail sales, operations, and facilities.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ HIGHLY PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• BA/ BS preferred and 3+ yrs management
• Run the site operation – hire, train, schedule, manage staff and vendors.
• High standards of guest service, keeping guests happy, employees happy, clean, safe, budgets,
• Hospitality/ Attractions/ Themed experience
• Interested in working nights/ weekends/ holidays as needed
