Responsibilities:
- Lead program backlog refinement and preparation for Program Increment (PI) planning, contributing to the program vision, roadmap, and content presentations.
- Define and clarify stories, assisting the Agile team with estimates and sequencing for PI objectives.
- Manage the team backlog, prioritizing user stories, defects, and enablers based on user value, time, and team dependencies.
- Regularly review and reprioritize the backlog, coordinating dependencies with other Product Owners (POs).
- Communicate story details and priorities during iteration planning to align the team on the final plan.
- Ensure proper flow and completion of user stories, validating against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Collaborate with System/Solution Architects to sequence critical technological infrastructures for new business functionality.
- Participate in team demos, Iteration Retrospectives, and Agile Release Train (ART) Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops.
- Coordinate dependencies with other POs, including in weekly sync meetings.
- Lead the production of System Demos for program and Value Stream stakeholders.
- Drive improvements across teams to enhance program velocity and quality.
