Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at SBI Equity Group in New City, NY. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team. The role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Excel and Numbers Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Numbers, including experience with formulas, data entry, and financial tracking.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time.

Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Expense Reports, and Executive Support
- Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills

- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
