We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Professional to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base across the USA. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for IT services, a consultative sales approach, and a strong track record in selling to key sectors like Healthcare, SaaS, and Information Technology.
Inside Sales Representatives will be working full-time day shift, with a salary anticipated to start between $35,000 to $45,000 for a base-salary, based on each candidate's experience, as well as generous commissions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify prospective customers in the Healthcare, SaaS, Startups, Manufacturing, and Information Technology sectors.
- Sales Outreach: Execute outreach strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers and introduce NXTKey’s suite of services, including Cloud, Data Analytics, AI, and Software Development solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline by nurturing prospects and managing leads through the sales funnel.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer challenges and business objectives to provide tailored IT service solutions that align with their goals.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, activities, and outcomes, providing regular updates to sales leadership.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the IT services landscape, particularly in Cloud, Data, AI, and Software Development technologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of inside sales experience in IT services, ideally selling Cloud, AI, Data, or Software Development solutions to Healthcare, SaaS, Startups, Manufacturing, and Information Technology companies in the USA.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT services landscape, including emerging trends in Cloud, Data, AI, and Software Development.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions in a clear and compelling way to various audiences.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales activities and pipelines.
- Results-Driven: Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet sales targets and grow within a dynamic company.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially in a remote environment.
