Senior Level SAP PP: Excellent knowledge of the SAP PP module along with experience on interface, IDocs, Batch Jobs, and integration points with SAP MM, SD.
Experience: Have at least 10 + years of experience and + years of working with hands on SAP WM consulting. Should have strong Supply chain management skills.
Communication Skills: Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Require excellent communication skills towards key users on functional level.
Functional skills: Have a good functional understanding about PP processes with integration of MM, SD, PP and QM: Should be able to translate business requirements into SAP solution.
Minimum 2 Hands-on experience in S4 HANA implementation preferred S4 HANA 1909.
Hands-on experience in MES Integration. MES product name – Opcenter.
Engaged or worked with multi-national clients having global presence
Should have strong Planning background like Demand planning, Supply planning, MRP, long term planning, SAP JDA Integration & 3pl JDA & EDI Integration.
End to End Implementation experience, Upgrade Knowledge, Enhancements, Development, Rollout and Production Support experience in following:
- SAP Warehouse Management master data
- Goods Receipts
- Goods Issues
- Stock Replenishment
- Picking Strategies
- Putaway Strategies
- Inventory Procedures
- Internal Warehouse processes
- Mobile Data Entry
- Storage Unit Management
- Handling Unit Management
- Integration With MM,SD
- Production Planning
- Quality Management
- Batch Management processes
Worked on Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Process (Evaluate Planning Results, External MPS Demand, Manual correction of Planned order, Run Direct Materials, Scheduling and Capacity Leveling , Send updates to External Systems)
Knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management) is preferred
Experience of SAP RF transactions is required
Experience integrating SAP systems with external systems is required.
Knowledge of GXP Processes is required.
Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.
Experienced in ALE and EDI integration, interfaces with non-SAP systems.
Should be able to interact with the developer and communicate the requirements.
Exposure in Jobs (monitoring) understanding the purpose of a particular job, resolving issues which arise out of Jobs.
Understand and evaluate business requirements, identify the changes to the template and translate them into functional specification and technical design. Should be able to explain the functional requirements to the developer.
Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging
