(Transition Manager – Director)
We are working with a client who is seeking a permanent Director of Transition.
Primary Role: The Transition Manager is a leader responsible for managing the transition of projects, initiatives, and solutions from the project execution team to the operational business units. This role ensures that new processes or systems are effectively integrated into the ongoing operations of the organization, minimizing disruption and maximizing the benefit of new implementations. This role is also assuring that transition into operations include completion of audit required documentation is completed to ensure no significant deficiencies or material weaknesses can be identified in the management of Projects. This role has management / supervisory responsibilities by managing the Global Shared Services project managers and to develop team members and manages vendor / partner leaders driving a culture that mirrors IT Leadership to get things done with a strong bias for action.
