AtYour Source Insurance Agency, we are committed to serving minority communities by providing personalized and affordable insurance solutions. We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team and help us provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and filing documents
- Schedule and coordinate doctor’s appointments on behalf of clients
- Negotiate medical bills and payment plans for clients
- Provide support with data entry, document preparation, and report generation
- Work closely with the team to delegate and manage administrative tasks effectively
- Maintain accurate client records and update them in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Help in preparing documents and maintaining organized files to support client insurance claims
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Experience in scheduling appointments and negotiating bills is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
