Office Administrator (Onsite)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, providing information, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, data entry, filing, and preparing correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the branch office manager as needed.
- Manage petty cash and other administrative financial tasks.
- Manage agent documentation, conduct new agent orientations, and assist in onboarding.
- Help plan and coordinate office events.
- Operate a multi-line phone and paging system to ensure smooth communication within the office.
- Process real estate listings and sales using MLS and other internal programs.
- Handle advertising requests and order signage as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, general office, or sales support role (Required).
- Proficiency in MLS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and outgoing personality.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new programs and troubleshoot issues.
