ITIL Change Analyst – Fort Worth, TX
CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking an ITIL Change Analyst to join a dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who excels in managing change processes within complex technical environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL, hands-on experience with change management tools like BMC Remedy, and a proven ability to monitor, track, and analyze change requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage change requests in the organization’s PTC (Positive Train Control) environment, ensuring they align with organizational standards and best practices.
- Utilize BMC Remedy and other change management tools to document, prioritize, and monitor the lifecycle of all change requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of changes and ensure alignment with overall project goals and technical infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards in the execution of all change management processes.
- Create detailed reports on change management activities using reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Provide oversight of the change control board and facilitate meetings to discuss ongoing changes, risks, and potential impacts on operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- ITIL Certification is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT service management.
- 3+ years of experience managing change control in a large-scale IT or engineering environment.
- Proficiency with BMC Remedy or similar change management systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working in high-demand operational environments where attention to detail and proactive risk mitigation is essential.
