Our Client, a Multinational Toy Manufacturer is looking for someone to join their team as a YouTube Media Associate to join their team out of El Segundo, CA!
Responsibilities
- Assist in translating Mattel’s Media Buying Strategy into campaign builds within the Google Ads platform. This includes campaign creation, trafficking, optimizations, and pacing across key drivers & content series.
- Monitor competitors and macro trends and suggest campaign optimizations as needed.
- Make real-time optimizations to maximize channel performance & media efficiency.
- Collaborate with wider Integrated Marketing Communication teams to drive better YouTube paid media campaigns
- Assist Sr Media Partners by setting up campaign builds in the system - determine campaign targeting, manage keyword lists, upload creative, develop ad copy, and execute A/B testing plans created by the management team.
- Support Sr Media Partners on weekly reporting calls for each brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related preferred
- 1-2 years overall experience with 1-2 years YouTube Media Buying & execution required; Toy/Kid, Entertainment or Retail experience a plus
- Knowledge of YouTube platform, Google Ads, Google’s Display & Video 360 Software, and YouTube analytics platforms
- Knowledge of SEO practices, keyword research, and content optimization
- Skilled at Microsoft Excel Reporting (calculations, pivot tables, etc.)
