Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data science initiatives focusing on AI and machine learning applications.
- Develop analytics, visualizations, and software solutions for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
- Support AI-assisted coding and contribute to broader data science strategy.
- Advise senior stakeholders on data science methodologies and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- PhD + 2 years or MSc + 5 years of experience (Associate Director or Director level)
- Expertise in machine learning, generative AI, and statistics.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with generative AI models.
- Proven ability to lead teams and present data insights to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
- PhD in a quantitative field (Math, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Experience in AI-assisted coding, clinical development, and working in a global organization.
